CQC Audit Tool

Background

We provided self assessment systems that use CQCs own inspection framework. Many Providers do not understand that in order for the service to be compliant with their Management and for inspectors to have confidence in the service you must complete a self assessment.

Inspectors expect to see that every part of the service has been audited and list of what need to be improved produced by the Provider. If they have a list and are seen to be working on it the Inspectors will be happy that this is a well run service. Inspector do not expect to have to point out where the service needs to be improved!

As a care provider you will be aware that the legal framework for the regulation of our sector  & that CQC have established 5 key questions where compliance is measured.

We have an audit tool that provides you with the opportunity to review each outcome in detail, to generate improvements and have evidence available for your inspections.
